Blood Will Tell - Samantha Young I can't believe I am the only one who is going to write a negative review about this book.

There were a lot of those little things that got on my nerves. This girl (her name is Eden BTW. Ugh! These authors choose 'unique' names to make the girl special) is a typical loner and has only one friend who happens to be be also a loner and surprise, surprise,a hot dude. She also has a family that pressures her to become this Blessed paranormal thing that sucks souls and she doesn't want to. She also has a sweet caring (a little bit too caring-if you know what I mean)brother. He was nice but their relationship freaked me out. So,it turns out that the loner BFF is a Ankh (how do you pronounce that? I was reading it like Aaankhhh, using my pirate voice :D),a enemy of the Blessed. There is a battle and these Aaankhhh dudes kill her whole family. WTF? They slice her brothers head in two. (0_O okay...) That was the wackiest part of the book. They practically kidnap the poor orphan and try to convert her to their Aankhhh beliefs. She hates the good looking BFF and they ship her to Scotland so they wouldn't have to listen to her nagging about her dead family.

The End
